What qualifies as an emergency?
Emergency services are for situations requiring immediate attention to prevent property damage, safety hazards, or business interruption. This includes HVAC failures in extreme weather, major water leaks, electrical outages, gas leaks, security breaches, or any situation posing immediate risk.
